Frequently Asked Questions
We've gathered all the questions from last three years, figured out some new ones, and tried to answer them all in this extensive list. If there is something missing please contact us and we'll add it.
Are there weekend tickets?
There might be - we'll see days prior to the festival, when we know exact number of people. Festival is limited by number of people we can have there, to further imbalance the ecosystem.
Are there single day tickets?
As with the weekend tickets, it all depends on the number of tickets that will go in the pre-sale. Stay tuned, we'll see!
Can I pay with PayPal?
Sure, Litesource Shop is our official partner and provider for payments via Paypal, cards, cryptocurrencies etc. Get your tickets here
Can I reimburse my ticket?
You can either swap your ticket until 30th May or ask for reimbursment if something unfortunately happens to you in any moment before the festival. Read more about ticket swaps and reimbursements here.
Can I reserve a ticket?
Sorry, we don't have reservations. You can buy it here.
I've filled the online form, when will I get the ticket?
You'll get an e-ticket - to your e-mail. We'll issue out all tickets **between 14th and 27th April 2021**. That is also the time that ticket swap ends. (Read more about it **here**). We don't issue out physical tickets, only E-tickets which are tied to your identity. When you arrive to the festival, to get a wristband, you'll have to prove your identity showing ID or passport.
I've lost my ID - can i use my passport?
Yes, you can use the passport, and vice versa. Valid name and surname are only things that matters, we don't check your ID number.
I've changed my ID - can I still use it?
You mean, you have a new ID number? Yes, you can use it, unless you've changed your name too ;)
When can we arrive?
Camping is open from **25th July at noon (12:00h)** until **2nd October at noon (12:00)**, which is the last time to leave the area of Tarej. All facilities will work in this time, and free water will be available until the departure. You can't arrive earlier, or stay longer. It won't be possible to enter the area and/or camp there, as Tarej is forbidden to camp and access by car all year except the period of festival.
Can we sleep in our camper at the festival?
Yes, there are designated van camping zones. When you come and claim your wristbands, you'll get directions on where to put your van. If you move (for example - go to the city), there aren't guarantees that someone won't park in "your" spot. Be a good neighbour and make some friends! Only power camp spots are reserved - read more about them here.
Is the camping area reachable by car?
No, you'll have to **leave your cars on the parking**, and then move your things down. We know it sucks, but we can't have cars or vans near the sea. Tents should be there, not cars! You know how we say - all cars are bastards. Jokes aside, it's a big problem for firefighters and first aid which have to have a clear path.
Is the parking area near the festival?
Parking area is just above the festival. Some parts are in the shade, but generally it's always sunny in Tarejdelphia. It takes around 10 minutes of walk from parking area to the main infopoint.
We have a small car to sleep in, is it possible to park directly at the venue or do we have to walk?
You'll need to walk. We know it sucks, but we can't have cars or vans near the sea, or in the van camper zones.
Can we make our own fire near camp site for cooking or BBQ?
NO! If you do so, you'll get your wristband cut at once and you're not welcome anymore. Use your camping stove, and be very cautious about it. Open fire of any kind is the biggest nightmare of the island, it's inhabitans, and all of us as guests.
Can we camp together with friends who use only tent in the van camp area?
Sure, invite them over ;) If they have cars, they'll need to leave them on the parking.
Is there free water in the area?
Yes, there are multiple areas with drinkable water tanks. They are refilled upon need, and will be fresh from 10th until 18th October.
Is the camping area equipped with toilets and showers?
Yes, there are toilets on multiple spots around the camp and venue, and dozen of open showers in the shower area.
Is there a place with electricity to recharge phones?
Yes, we'll have a few power spots all around. But generally, who needs a phone on a psychedelic beach? Turn off, tune in!
Are there lockers somewhere?
No, this year we still can't provide it due to logistical problems.

What currencies do you accept? Can we pay with cards?
We accept **Croatian kunas and all bank cards** - POS machines will be available on all bars, kitchens and official merchandise shops. Pirate shops reserve the right to accept different currencies - talk with the shop owners on the spot to figure if you can use X or Y.
Is there internet in the area?
You mean is there a Wifi? **No**, but Croatia is in EU, and if you are also you can use your carriers data packages without roaming. The area is well covered with mobile signal. Generally, tourist SIM cards with week long unlimited data packages are around €10, and you can find them on all kiosks and gas stations in Croatia.
Will there be police on the festival?
Police can enter and leave the festival area in any time, and by Croatian law they have the right to **check your ID and search you for illegal substances**. (your car, belongings and you). Drugs are forbidden on the festival, as well as in the whole country. If you get caught with illegal substances, regarding on the type of substance and the amount of it, you will have legal issues - you'll either pay the fine on the spot, or go to the custody/jail directly. Read more about your rights here.
I'd love to help, can I volounteer?
Hey that's great! You can contribute to the community by either creating something from nothing - as an **alchemist builder** or as part of eco team, **cleaning the area as a crow.** **Read more on Partipate page.** What's it in for you? You'll get: * Accommodation in tents * Food for working days * Free ticket for all 5 days of festival * Priceless experience

Are there poisonous animals on the island?
There are many snakes, but not a single one is poisonous. Actually, on the whole island of Cres there is only one poisonous specie - "The Black Widow" spider. It's super rare, but if it happens, you'll have to recieve a shot of anti-venom.
Is there a doctor or first aid on the venue?
**There will be a medical first aid tent in the middle of the festival**. Doctors and medical staff will be there all the time - from 10th until 18th August. The closest emergency room is in town of Cres, if there is an unfortunate serious injury it takes around 30 minutes to come there with the car. Closest hospital is in Rijeka, and there is a medical helicopter for most serious cases.
Will there be any merchandise?
Yes, there will be official merch shop, with expanded choice of clothing and accessories. We'll showcase different artists and illustrators telling stories about Venus and self-expansion. Stay in the loop when we announce artist call by signing on the newsletter.
Is there any artesania selling on the festival?
Yes, we have two types shops: pirate shops (small blankets) which are free to make (make your own!), and proper shops (van/construction) which you have to pay to setup. There is a market "street", between main music floors, just next to the beach.
